“VALBUINS” SAUVIGNON BLANC COLLIO DOC 2020/21 LIVON TRE BICCHERI

Livon's Valbuins Sauvignon Blanc Collio DOC pleases the eye with a
bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, an
intense bouquet unfolds with vegetal and plant aromas almost
reminiscent of wild herbs, varietal aromas of green pepper, sage,
peach and tomato leaves. On the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc Cru
del Collio is full-bodied, dry, soft and balanced, with a persistent
aromatic finish. The olfactory bouquet is intense and varietal,
dominated by notes of green pepper, sage and tomato leaf, then
enriched by flavors of peach, hawthorn and citrus.
