Amanda Tonelli hails from a quaint Michigan town, where her upbringing was steeped in the warmth of home-cooked meals prepared by her mother. This experience instilled in her a profound appreciation for the personal touch in hospitality. In 2010, Amanda embarked on a new chapter in Florida. Her foray into the hospitality industry commenced in 2015, at the age of 15, when she took on a role as a hostess in her first restaurant. It was in this setting that she met her future husband, Alberto Tonelli. Balancing her academic pursuits, Amanda has flourished alongside Alberto, taking immense pride in contributing to the success of their inaugural restaurant venture in 2022.

Alberto Tonelli's roots trace back to Milan, Italy, where he was immersed in the vibrant world of restaurant entrepreneurship through his family's endeavors. This environment fostered a deep-seated passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and innovative culinary delights. Relocating to the United States in 2010, Alberto was driven by his family's vision of establishing a distinctive restaurant presence in Florida. His journey in the hospitality sector led to a burgeoning interest in oenology, culminating in formal studies with the Court of Master Sommeliers and the achievement of passing his first examination in 2023. Leveraging his expertise and inspired by his father’s illustrious career in the restaurant industry, Alberto achieved a milestone with the opening of their first restaurant in 2022.

Together, Amanda and Alberto Tonelli are not only life partners but also coalesce their strengths as business partners. Their shared vision and mutual support have laid the foundation for a promising venture in the hospitality industry.
