VINIFICATION: Traditional stainless steel.
Long maceration on the skins (18/20
days).
REFINEMENT: 16/18 months in small
wood, 6 months in bottle.
TASTING: Characteristic ruby red color
with garnet nuances. Intense and
persistent scents of red fruit jam, spice
(pepper, cinnamon); finish with tobacco,
cocoa, burnt earth and leather. Mouth
with prominent tannins and a warm and
sapid finish.
ALCOHOL: 13.5% vol.
