Mostly: Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot (about 80/20%)
It is vinified without corrections or additions that could
alter the territorial characteristics of the grapes. The
bunches are di-rasped and pressed in a very soft way.
After fermentation and maceration, it is refined for about
12 months in used barrels on the fine dummy and 6
months in the bottle. Not filtered but poured.
Alcohol 14% Vol.
