MATURATION The wine is drawn off the lees and then
immediately transferred to French oak barriques, where it
undergoes malolactic fermentation.
AGEING 15 months in barrique, at least 6 months in
bottle.
Intense and deep ruby red color with violet reflections.
Aromatic elegance in balsamic and mint hints, wild
berries and smoky notes to finish.Full-bodied and soft,
balanced thanks to a tannic heritage of excellent
finesse.Long lasting, meaty and chewable finish.
14.5% alcohol vol.
