Recioto pomace passed in on February.
It has a deep ruby red color, with purple hues, an intense aroma and a full-
bodied flavor with notes of dried fruit. The intense aroma has hints of cherry
and spices.
Transfer to barrel at the end of May for 18 months. Complete malolactic
fermentation. Aged in wood, steel then in the bottle.
