“JASSARTE” 30 GRAPES IGT 2017 GUADO Al MELO

GRAPES: Syrah and 29 other grapes.
After fermentation and maceration, it is aged
for about 24 months in wood not new, on the
fine drip, and about 12 months in the bottle.
Not filtered. The nose is very elegant, with
different notes that recall the red fruit, incense,
spices and mint, which open as the wine stays
in the glass.
In the mouth it reveals itself very fresh,
balanced, more elegant than powerful and
long-lasting.
