Soft pressing of the grapes; The obtained must, after
natural decantation, is fermented in stainless steel tanks
with temperature control. Alcoholic fermentation takes
place without the use of selected yeasts for a period of
20/25 days. The stay of the wine on yeasts lasts for at least
3/4 months and, after cold stabilization, is bottled at the
end of March and left to maturity for a few months.
