Harvest: green harvesting in order to decrease the grape
production; Vinification: maceration and alcoholic fermentation
in stainless steel tanks; malolactic fermentation in barrels
Refinement: 15/18 months in new-wood barriques.
Color : very deep ruby. Nose: red berries, spicy, with hints of
herbs and mint. Full bodied, elegant and smooth on the palate,
with long finish
Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
