The young wine matures in wooden barrels for the next few monthsin barriques, where it
also goes through its malolactic fermentation. After around 20 months of aging in wood,
the wine is bottled. After a few more monthsBottle aging, the wine finally goes on
sale.Wine description:Aroma typical of the variety with a slightly "earthy" character.Colour:
light ruby red color with garnet reflections. Smell: Scent of red berries and cherries, as
well as notes of spices. Taste: Soft, round taste; balanced, medium-strong body; fresh
finish with fine-spicy tannins, minerality present.
