"ATIS“ BOLGHERI SUPERIORE IGT 2020 GUADO AL MELO

Grapes: mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with Cabernet Franc
and Merlot. Produced only in the best vintages, it is
vinified without corrections or additions that alter the
territorial characteristics of the grapes. It is aged for
about 24 months in non-new barrels, on fine scum, and
about 12 months in bottle. Not filtered.
Atis fragrances are reminiscent of spices, small fruits,
pipe tobacco, liquorice and balsamic notes. In the mouth
it is very intense and full, with good structure and great
elegance.
