The wine has a beautiful straw yellow with greenish
reflections and a delicate and elegant bouquet. Very
pleasant: it is harmonious and balanced in the mouth with
typical exotic notes of pineapple and mango.
Fermentation of the must at temperature controlled (18°) in
steel, a small part in large wooden barrels. Refinement for a
few months on the fine lees.
ABV 13 %
